Who we are
IntelyGo is an AI Business Intelligence Platform developed by StaxAI and operated by Dolphy Ronald Carlo & Co LLP (DRCC), a limited liability partnership registered under Indian law, with principal place of business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
What data we collect
When you use IntelyGo, we access accounting data from your connected accounting system (currently Zoho Books) via read-only OAuth 2.0. We collect the name, email address and company information you provide when requesting a demo or downloading the platform brochure. We collect standard web analytics data (page views, session data) via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
How we use your data
Accounting data is used solely to compute financial intelligence for your business — dashboards, morning briefings, Copilot responses and accounting flags. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than delivering IntelyGo services to your business. Contact information is used to respond to your enquiries and, where you have consented, to send IntelyGo product updates.
How we store and protect your data
All computed intelligence is stored on enterprise cloud infrastructure with Row-Level Security ensuring tenant isolation at database level. No raw transaction data from your accounting system is permanently copied or stored — only computed intelligence (KPIs, alerts, briefing content) is retained. Owner Copilot conversations are not stored or retained beyond the active session.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of all computed intelligence at any time by written request to info@staxai.in. Deletion is completed within 7 working days and is permanent and unrecoverable. Your accounting system records are never affected — they remain exclusively in your accounting system.
Third parties
IntelyGo uses third-party infrastructure providers for database, hosting, email delivery and spam protection. All are engaged under data processing agreements. AI query processing is configured to prevent conversation data from being stored or used for model training.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete personal data we hold about you. Contact info@staxai.in to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

Agreement
By accessing or using IntelyGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. IntelyGo is provided by Dolphy Ronald Carlo & Co LLP (DRCC) and StaxAI. These terms govern your use of the platform and all associated services.
Service description
IntelyGo is an AI Business Intelligence Platform that connects to your accounting system and surfaces financial intelligence. It is not a financial advisory service, accounting service, or substitute for professional advice. IntelyGo surfaces information — decisions remain with you.
Your obligations
You agree to: provide accurate information when registering; use IntelyGo only for your own business and not for any unlawful purpose; not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the IntelyGo platform or any part of it; maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Intellectual property
IntelyGo, including its platform architecture, intelligence frameworks, business rules, prompt designs and all associated intellectual property, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Dolphy Ronald Carlo & Co LLP and StaxAI. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Limitation of liability
IntelyGo is provided as a business intelligence tool. DRCC and StaxAI do not warrant that IntelyGo will be error-free or that the intelligence it surfaces will be complete or accurate at all times. Accuracy is dependent on the underlying accounting data. DRCC's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
