One week
Live data. Your accounting system.
No commitment
Proceed only if satisfied.
No migration
Your accountant continues as normal.
Implementation is not self-serve.
Every IntelyGo engagement is implemented by Dolphy Ronald Carlo & Co LLP — a CA firm. This means your KPI thresholds, alert rules, dashboard configuration and Copilot context are set by accounting professionals who understand your business, not by generic onboarding software.
The platform is validated against your Zoho Books trial balance before you go live. If the numbers do not reconcile, configuration continues until they do.

Frequently asked questions
Will my accountant need to change how they work?
No. Your accountant continues using Zoho Books exactly as before. IntelyGo reads the data and adds intelligence on top.
What happens to our data if we disconnect?
All computed intelligence is deleted within 7 working days on written request. Your accounting records remain in Zoho Books and are never affected.
Who approves transactions — us or IntelyGo?
You do. Always. IntelyGo proposes — you confirm. An approval card shows exactly what will be posted before any action is taken.
Is there a minimum commitment or lock-in?
No lock-in. Monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice to exit. No data is retained after disconnection. No penalty.
Can IntelyGo support multiple entities?
Yes. Multi-entity support is available with full data isolation between entities. Scope and pricing are confirmed during the Business Assessment.
What accounting system does IntelyGo connect to in Version 1?
Zoho Books, via OAuth 2.0. Tally integration is on the roadmap. If you use Tally, register your interest at intelygo.staxai.in/tally.
